Payment Options
We regret that we cannot accept billing. Balances must be paid in full at the time of services rendered.
We do accept cash, check (with valid state identification), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also offer CareCredit please discuss with the front desk before your scheduled appointment.
There will be a $30.00 NSF fee for all returned checks.
We do require a 50% deposit on all hospitalized patients.
